IT engineer

Language Instructors

• Ability to speak clear and polite English suitable for Japanese students
• Understanding and empathy with the educational philosophy of MOTERU English Conversation (romance × English)
• Ability and willingness to publicly share profile and appear on video
• Understanding or experience using social media and dating apps

• Understanding of Japanese culture and characteristics of Japanese men
• Entertaining conversational skills with a good sense of humor
• Interest in simulated romance/role-play style conversations
• Coaching skills to enhance student motivation
• Online teaching experience (minimum 1 year)

Position 3:
Recruitment Strategists
▼Must-Haves

• Basic English communication skills (conversational level or higher)
• Understanding and empathy with the philosophy of MOTERU English 
• Conversation (romance × English)
• Basic proficiency in online communication tools (Zoom, Google Meet, Telegram)
• Proactive and positive mindset in approaching candidates
• Knowledge or experience related to international communication or dating apps

• Japanese communication skills (conversational level or higher)
• Experience in recruitment or HR-related work (1 year or more)
• Recruiting experience in language or educational industries
• Experience using social media for recruiting
• Understanding of global talent markets (Central Asia, Europe, North America, Southeast Asia, etc.)
• Flexible personality with strong adaptability

Yes, all positions are fully remote and conducted online.
